  • AI for Business: Sales & marketing analytics and personalization; banking and risk; finance forecasting and decision support; e-commerce search, recommendation and pricing; manufacturing optimization and predictive maintenance.
  • AI for Healthcare: Body-sound AI (acoustic biomarkers), early disease diagnosis, and telemedicine decision support.
  • AI for Policy Making: Data-driven policy design, evaluation, and simulation for public and corporate governance.
  • Applied AI Foundations: Computer vision, natural language processing, cybersecurity, and wireless networks.

Our Approach

We combine rigorous research with production-grade engineering and partnerships with industry, hospitals, and public agencies. We emphasize reproducibility, open benchmarks, and responsible deployment.

Lab Culture

  • On-site discipline: minimum 3 days/week working at the lab.
  • Weekly check-ins: students meet supervisors at least once per week to report progress.
  • Lab seminar: every Thursday at 14:00.
